New Blue Diamond Animal crematories
feature an innovative, patented Clamshell design that increases burn efficiency,
improves load handling and offers discrete physical appearance. The crematory’s
hearth is conveniently located about waist level (44-inches) and the hydraulically
operated clamshell opens wide for unparalleled access to the work area. An operator
can easily arrange a full load without reaching and then after the burn cycle
simply rakes the ash forward off of the level hearth. No more uncomfortable
reaching and cleaning.

Blue Diamond gas-fired crematories
are built to exceed the most stringent government air quality regulations ensuring
a safe, clean, smoke and odor free work environment. The crematory is designed
with high-density four-inch refractory, an Auto Lock-out feature ensuring uninterrupted
burn cycles, and state-of-the-art combustion and controls to keep cycle times
short and maintain airflow.
Controls
Blue Diamond crematories
ship complete with customized PLC controls to simplify operation and provide
historical data of each burn cycle. The controls optimize the burn cycle
depending on load size and configuration. The integral chart recorder
tracks each cycle to ensure compliance with all EPA and other state and
local government regulations. Controls are designed to provide years of
trouble-free service.

Individual models are designed to accommodate loads from 200 to 2,000 lbs. Each
size offers multiple incineration chamber, airflow and exhaust configurations
to accommodate virtually any space requirements. Special sizes and options are
